Before I could help other women, I had to help myself! - Airee 

Have you ever thought about what would happen if you didn't give up?

I already know what you're thinking - I've tried a program like this before and it didn't work. That was me! 

I don't even want to think about how much money I spent on trainers and programs. What I realized was I was spending money with people who didn't understand where I was. 

I'm a woman! I hadn't been skinny all my life! I have a food addiction! I was battling depression! I didn't have a ton of money for a fancy organic diet! I lose motivation quickly! I need variety! I could go on, but you get the point! 

With understanding why I was failing, I was able to make the changes. I have designed this challenge with all of those things in mind.  

I first designed this program for ME - then one day, I decided to see it through. I came out 80 pounds lighter! I then tried it out with other women, now we're over 2000 strong!

By joining me, you'll get a challenge that is sustainable and simple to follow. You won't have to think about what workouts to do or what to eat, I provide that for you. You won't be made to feel bad if you miss a day or don't choose the healthiest meal. The idea is to make every day better than the last and keep moving forward!

THIS IS THE LAST TIME YOU CAN GET THE CHALLENGE - OCTOBER 16 DOORS CLOSE FOREVER

You can start the challenges immediately or whenever you're ready! The sooner the better. 

Basic equipment will take the workouts to the next level, but is not required. Equipment like a mat, set of dumbbells (5 or 10 pounds), an Airee Renee Resistance Band, and a positive attitude! 

On average the workouts can be completed in 25 minutes. A full dance cardio workout is about 40 minutes. 

You will have access as long as The Weight Room membership is current! If you cancel your membership or payment can't be processed - you will lose access to your programs. 

The band is used in several of the workouts during the challenge. It WILL take your workouts to the next level - Get a resistance band!

Once you purchase, you will have access to all challenge content. You will be able to complete the workouts on your own time! 

You are able to cancel your membership at any time.
